I wanted to thank you for all of your help concerning my latest Koi pond project. As this was my first Koi pond, I was unsure about many aspects of the pond construction. Unfortunately, I hired a local contractor that claimed to have experience in Koi pond construction. I found out quickly that was not the case. One of the main problems I faced was working with the rubber pond liner. The liner was difficult to seal around penetrations and due to the shape of the pond, there were several large creases in the liner. Also, due to the way the liner was installed, I was consistently experiencing water loss. Overall, I was very unhappy with the way the liner was working. I ended up removing the liner and searching for other options.
When I removed the liner, I was about three months into the project. I found a local Koi distributor, PS KOI, who told me about your business and special Polyurea Spray Elastomer. I called you on a Friday, explained my situation, and you were at my house two days later on Sunday, explaining how you could fix my problem.
The Polyurea liner you installed in my pond has worked out great. I have experienced no water loss and have no creases in the liner. I was very impressed with your professionalism and dedication, standing behind your product one hundred percent. The Polyurea has performed just the way you said it would and I would highly encourage anyone contemplating a new Koi pond to take advantage of your service.
In addition to your Polyurea spray, I would like to thank you for your advice and availability concerning my project. As I said before, this was my first attempt at building a Koi pond and I had many questions concerning the pond and hobby in general. You were always available to answer questions and provide me with invaluable information, on the phone and in person, based on your extensive experience in keeping Koi and pond construction.
Thanks again Jeff for everything, your Polyurea spray was just the answer I was looking for. You turned a difficult project into an easy one and I have been enjoying my pond ever since.
